TECNAU UNWINDER U9
Our Tecnau Unwinders are the first stage in our inline booklet streams, feeding a continuous stream of paper into our two Truepresses. We use these feeders in our inline booklet stream because booklets use large amounts of the same stock type – meaning we won’t have to change the stock reel too often and reducing downtime.
STAHLFOLDER BH-56 WITH CONTINUOUS FEEDER RFH.1
Attached to our Stahlfolder, the continuous feeder does exactly what it says on the tin. We can set up more paper onto the feeder while it is already passing stock to the folder. This is ideal for large orders as it keeps machine downtime to a minimum.
TECNAU POCU SHEETER
Like our other Tecnau feeder, the POCU Sheeter stores stock on a large roll. However, instead of feeding stock in as a continuous stream, the POCU Sheeter cuts the stock into individual sheets before they enter the press. This feeder is attached to one of our iGen 5s and we use this combo to produce short-run booklet orders.
